It’s been over a year ago since we started to rollout the FAExcellence program into the Channel Technical Sales organization. The aim is to start using a shared and structured approach to winning and supporting customers. To boost this effort, Xilinx has acquired the ICON9 system, for reasons explained in the video above. Throughout FY17 we started to integrate these tools & methods into ‘daily business situations’ through a Checkpoint process supported by coaching, for which you’ll see results in this Newsletter. It is exciting and somewhat fascinating to see how the work is evolving in each region and, if you haven’t already, I encourage you to get stuck in!
