Here is Mizuki-san receiving the Sales award from Sam Rogan at the recent Japan Sales kickoff meeting, which was attended by 250 distributors and Xilinx staff from Japan, South Korea and the USA. This is a result of his outstanding investment in learning and deploying ICON9. Mizuki-san not only received an excellent mark for his ICON9.1 Checkpoint, he also fully exploited the learning opportunity that the Checkpoint presented, to reassess and structure his professional experiences. He now actively uses the ICON9 concepts in running and analysing client encounters, and he has even started to create new, Japanese ICON9 training materials in collaboration with a Xilinx PAE manager!
